Below is a list of terms used in this whitepaper with their respective explanation for a better understanding of this prospectus.
Infliv (IFV)_ The Company name and acronym of the Digital Asset.
ERC20_ Standard of the smart contract in the Ethereum network.
Ethereum_ Decentralized platform capable of executing smart contracts and applications using blockchain technology.
Project_ Online platform that mediates, so the employer and freelancer can easily work together.
ICO_ Initial Coin Offering; the Pre-Sale of tokens that provide rights to goods and services that a company intends to offer. Used To raise funds for the implementation of the company’s project.
KYC_ (Know Your Customer) AML (Anti Money Laundering) Institutional policies that identify platform users in order to combats money laundering and the finance of terrorism.
Smart Contract_ A computer protocol intended to digitally facilitate, verify or enforce the negotiation or performance of a contract.
The Token_ A virtual asset launched through ICOs, used to access goods and services after implementation of the project organized by the issuing company.
Wallet_ Online wallets used for storing virtual assets and tokens.

Infliv incorporated on Feb 18, 2016. It is classified as a non-government company and registered at Chhattisgarh. A lot has changed since then but our goals remain the same. It's one thing to simply provide a platform where Employers and Freelancers can work together. Infliv has grown from a small start-up, since 2018 to the world of leading cryptocurrency as a utility ERC20 token, the Token symbol is IFV. IFV utilises next-generation blockchain technology and tokenised incentives to offer better service & pricing than mainstream freelance hiring platforms. By introducing cutting-edge user experience as well as multiple digital services and solutions with traditional & cryptocurrency payment options, IFV, The utility and loyalty token issued and managed by a dedicated IFV token entity. IFV can be used for payments, receiving and redeeming loyalty rewards and discounts, and several other use cases.

Rkiyo.com is an online freelance marketplace that connects skills and businesses with each other across the globe.
Business Model_ Rkiyo.com freelance marketplace is a two-sided platform where companies/ Individuals can find and hire individual specialists for specific posts, on the other side, freelance specialists can apply for the open positions if their skills match requirements. We will surely disrupt the current markets due to these important reasons, This is a bottomless source of talents, companies can find various specialists with deep experience from anywhere in the world. This is an extremely convenient way to hire a candidate, after filtering, shortlisting and testing. An employer can start working with suitable talent. Rkiyo.com is a simple tool for time tracking, once an employer hires a specialist, he or she makes the payment for the Post to Rkiyo.com and precise information about how much time was spent on a certain task is shared, Our platform has a built-in payment gateway, once the Post is completed, payment by the employer to Rkiyo.com is released to the freelancer.
Revenue Model_ In Business terms, Rkiyo.com could be easily understood as a typical two-sided network, one side of the network are Freelancers, looking for work in their domain and on the other side of the network, we have Companies or individuals who want to get their tasks done. (1) A service offered on Rkiyo.com is called a Sell or Buy Post. The service Seller sets the initial price for a post. After payment is made, Rkiyo charges 20% of the fees as commission. Same as Buyer confirms a post and proceeds payment of the order after payment is made, Rkiyo charges 10% of the fees as service charge. (2) Premium Post Makes Professionals stand out from the competition with Talent excelling in their fields, they've had years of professional experience working with top-tier clients on projects that have challenged and emboldened them to push their limits. 5. The IFV Token:
The native cryptocurrency of Rkiyo.com, IFV, is a real utility ERC20 token based on the Ethereum Blockchain that was deployed in 2018 and is at the heart of the Rkiyo.com ecosystem. Rkiyo.com provides all users with a unique opportunity to get revenue through a special program. Platform shares 20% of every collection of fee volume between 00:00 am to 23:59 pm of every day. 20% of fee volume is divided in all IFV tokens according to the club-wise holding IFV ratio.

○ If Club A IFV token holds the sum of 44,000 IFV.
○ Per token's loyalty of Club A = $10,000/44,000IFV
= $0.2272 per token
○ If user "Xyz" has a 9,000 IFV tokens stack then the token will calculate under Club A
So he will get 9,000IFV x $0.2272 = $2044.8 as Loyalty.
